There is an open plan kitchen with a dining area. A garden and a downstairs bathroom. Double glazing and central heating.

You need to see this place to fully appreciate how nice it was done. It is modern, spacious and with plenty of light.

The bedroom is furnished but no problem if you have your own furniture. Unfortunately, the bedroom is not suitable for couples.

The bills included in the rent are: water, council tax and broadband (Virgin Media fiber optic). The bills excluded are electricity and gas.

Everyone in the house gets on with one another and keeping this great atmosphere is something that we really want to do. We are looking for someone that is friendly, considerate and respectful.
