£850 pm, not including bills (electric, gas, water, council tax and internet currently come to around £195 per month)
The room: Good size, window, en-suite with shower, will be unfurnished.
Rest of the place: big living room/kitchen area, with sofa, coffee table, dining table, and lots of plants. Living room leads to a big balcony (also with lots of plants, and seating space). Bigger bathroom with bath. Washer/dryer. Plenty of storage space. 24/7 gym in the basement. Concierge service. Big rooftop with seating and nice views. Secure bike store in the building.
Me: I'm 37, I work for an environmental NGO, I'm queer, a sociable introvert, love tennis (hope to get good at it some day), and lots of other things we can chat about face to face. I work from home around 3 days a week.
You: Ideally looking for another queer person to share with who is tidy and considerate. Very happy for you to work from home, but preference that that isn't full time. Most important thing is that the flat feels like a relaxed and nice place for us both to be.
Accessibility: 4th floor flat, 2 lifts, step-free. Corridors etc are quite wide and should be able to fit wheelchairs (but happy to measure). Intercom buzzer entry. Any questions just give me a shout
