We are two housemates and a cat - Isabel, Naima and August - looking for someone to fill an unfurnished room in our house for a year-long contract. The rest of the house is fully furnished 😻
The room is a sizable double, and the house has 2 living rooms, a bathroom plus an additional toilet and sink, as well as a garden.
The house is between East Ham and Upton Park stations in Newham. The room is officially available from 20th October. We are looking for someone to join us on the lease for a year 🏡
Bills are not included - but we usually set aside £65 a month for council tax, TV licence and Wi-Fi. We pay electricity/ gas and water every few months, which are usually around £70 each.
We're looking for a respectful housemate who is clean, considerate and can easily slot in to a friendly and chill home ✨
Similarly, we will respect you and your space and look forward to welcoming you! We both mainly work from home and enjoy evenings in, but are also out and about socialising.
