This is a modern 1-bedroom flat located minutes from the district line station, 35min to London Bridge or central London. It’s part of the newly built complex with easy access to tube and shops (Lidl, Tesco, Iceland, Queens Market, and more). Free gym access in the neighbouring building. The flat has a big balcony overviewing one of the enclosed communal courtyards. The bedroom is very spacious with enough space for a couple allowing work from home. The bathroom is modern and has a bath. Dishwasher is a big plus. It’s a very quiet flat with thick walls that hold heat in winter and keep it cool during summer months, hence bills aren’t much (~100 a month). All pets are welcome.
