You’ll be joining one other female in a two bedroom ground floor terrace flat.

- Shared living-room, bathroom, kitchen, garden & basement with ample storage space with one other female tenant.
- Room comes with a double bed and mattress that opens onto the garden.
- 5 minutes walk to Upton Park station (district and H&C)
- Other tenants is 25yo woman, so looking for someone to join her for a happy clean home. (She also has a cat)
- Move in date - ASAP

Rent is £750 (Bills around £100) plus deposit.
