ABOUT THE HOUSE
A lovely, large and bright double bedroom is available in East London. Looking for someone to move in ASAP.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe - if you'd like a bedside table/lamp, I can arrange that as well. The bedroom gets loads of natural light from the two large windows that face eastwards.

The house has just been newly renovated! A lot of love has been poured into designing the space to make it feel warm and cosy, so feel free to enjoy the common spaces at your leisure! The house has gigabit fast internet, a large living and dining room with a gorgeous arch separating the two rooms. The dining room has a freestanding piano which you can enjoy at your leisure. The kitchen has just been refitted with a lovely 50s style fridge to match the tiling, and a luxury bathroom that boasts warm colours and lighting with gold accents around the space.

There is also a side entrance, a conservatory and (very) large garden in the back which is perfect for hot summer days and barbecues. I also have three cats - so you must be a cat person, but unfortunately because of this I can't accept any more pets in the house.

Rent is £800pm and includes all bills, including internet, council tax, and a weekly cleaner for the common spaces.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The neighbourhood itself is very quiet, situated close to a school but tucked away so outside of school pickups and dropoffs, the road is very quiet during the day and at night. There are two large parks within walking distance and not far from Barking Road/Green Street if you need to pop to Tesco's for a bit of last minute shopping. It's about a 12-15 min walk to Upton Park station, or you can grab a bus that will take you there in 5 minutes.

ABOUT ME:
You'll be living with me, so here's a little bit more about who I am. I'm a working professional and work from home full time, so I'll be around the house a lot in the day time. I may spend some evenings indoors to unwind, but also like to spend some evenings outdoors with friends and enjoying the city a bit. I'm a big foodie and love hiking, travel, animals, and home decor. There are also three (outdoor) cats who are living here as well who love company but also enjoy their downtime.

I do enjoy having a clean house, so that does mean that I'm looking for someone that is able to clean up after themselves and manage somewhat of a cleaning schedule until I get a cleaner in for the common living spaces. You're more than welcome to have your own friends over and enjoy the space as well as it's your house as well! Hopefully looking for a working professional, but open to students as well.
