Double room with ensuite & private balcony

I'm Saira! I have a spare room that is available to move in to end of September. I am looking for someone to move into the 2nd bedroom which is the master bedroom.

About me: I'm 29 and an Economics teacher that works at a local school, I'm looking to get on with flat mate and occasionally hang out but no problem if not because I do like to keep to myself and have a busy schedule.

I am a practicing muslim but I'm super open minded and respectful so as long as you're the same back with me I honestly have no problem. I have two kittens at the moment. I try to be as considerate as possible so I'd like to think I'm pleasant to live with! I don't mind if you'd like to have a boyfriend/girlfriend over and I'm quite open generally - as long as you're just open and communicating with me and being considerate!

A bit about the place. It's in Upton Park, 5 mins from upton Park Station (district line) and about 15 min bus ride from Stratford so really well connected. Its a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place. The room available has ensuite bathroom and also a balcony as well.

The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished (sofa, TV, PS5, cooking pots and utensils, air fryer, etc). I do have a large dining table - not pictured as old photos. I may require a small deposit upfront or ongoing payment if using any of the items in the shared areas - as I previously allowed free use of my items out of generosity but did not have a pleasant experience with a previous flatmate.

It's a new build development and the building itself has onsite concierge downstairs to receive parcels, there's regular window cleaning service, there's an on-site gym, and car park (extra cost to use this). Theres a communal green space. There's also different food trucks every week in the development incase you can't be bothered to make dinner!

Rent is £1056 (total is £2112 so it'd be split in half since we take 1 bed 1 bathroom each). Bills are not included but these will be halved between the two of us.
