I have a spare room available in our privately rented family house

It’s a specious house, currently I’m living alone, on occasion my mum might visit me

I prefer a quite female professional or student to share the house with

House is located very closer to green street
Within walking distance from shops & restaurants

All bills will be included
If you prefer a separate living room, it would cost another £250 per month.

Cleaner comes in occasionally so there will be no rule for you to clean the house 😊
I will try to arrange for best possible comfort for the house mate
