Large room in shared house

We have a large room available in a lovely shared terrace house in Upton Park, 10 minutes walk from the tube station (District and H&C lines).

You will be sharing with 2 others; 1 male and 1 female. Professional freelancers in the creative and acting fields. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household, and are looking for a friendly person to join us.

The room is large, as the main bedroom at the front of the house. It has a queen sized bed, a desk + swivel chair, ceiling fan and large mirrored wardrobe and window looking out onto the road.

We have 2 bathrooms (please note the bath is currently out of action which is why I haven't included an image), including a shower room/wetroom space. The house has a large open plan living room, separate kitchen with dining space and a pleasant garden.

All bills are included including council tax (council tax band C). We have a cleaner once a week (Thursdays 12:30-2:30pm), ultra-fast fibre optic broadband, Sky TV, Disney Plus, Netflix and Paramount+ (living room only).

We are ideally looking for a single, professional person who spends time at the office as well as working from home from time to time.

Please note: because of the open plan living space, we are looking for a quite, respectful person who is good at communicating to share our house with.

On-street parking is available, via an application process with Newham council. Please note, you will require a recent bill addressed at this property address, along with tenancy agreement to achieve a permit.
