Looking for a friendly, clean and thoughtful person to take my spacious room with big windows.
A beautiful spacious flat. Two other friendly housemates who will make you feel welcome, and two even friendlier hairless cats (no allergens) who will also make you feel welcome, and can leave you alone based on your preference!
Flatmates are mostly out 9-5 and in the evening 3-4 days of the week
A lovely garden, and only a few minute walk to the Upton Park station, multiple supermarkets such as Lidl and Tesco express. Also across the road from the bus to Stratford which is only 15 minutes away :)
LGBTQIA+ friendly, and any other identities, religious, ethnic origin etc. This is a safe space for all, and would like to keep it this way :)
Must be okay around animals.
I am open to offers for the cost for the month but would love to meet with you/ online/ in person before sorting anything.
