I’m looking for two women to join me in my lovely, bright, and modern flat in Upton Park (E13). My current flatmates are moving out, and the new 12-month tenancy starts November 20th.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and would love to continue to make this my home! Will be showing all 3 rooms in the flat in case of interest in the en-suite. I’m more keen to find the right girls to live with!

I’m 25, a working professional, usually in the office most weekdays. I like to keep the flat clean, calm, and comfortable — a space to unwind after work. Looking for friendly, considerate flatmates with a similar vibe. I’m a sociable introvert so wouldn’t mind people that want to hang out but also respect each other’s social bubble.

• 5–10 mins walk to Upton Park Station (Zone 3, District & H&C lines)

💸 Rent & bills:
• Room 1 (private balcony) – £1,010/month
• Room 2 – £1,080/month
• Room 3 (en-suite, private balcony) - £1,150/month
• Bills around £140-150/month (council tax, electricity, heating & internet)
• Water billed twice a year
• Deposit: £1,250 each
• Minimum income: ~£30,300+
