The property is just a 5 min walk to Upton Park station, with a bus stop around the corner and lots of of shops nearby.
The flat has everything you need – fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, big fridge-freezer. One big bathroom upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs. Super-fast broadband too.
We’re a friendly, chilled household – the landlord from Poland and 3 professional females from Myanmar, India and Philippines but she is more British then Philipino. We’ve been living together for quite a while and get along really well.
The room will be available from 4 November 2025.

We’re looking for someone clean and respectful, who wants a peaceful home (no noise, no parties, no drama).
