Room furnished which is recently renovated.

No cooking allowed - can share a microwave.

No visitors and no other occupants allowed.

4 weeks rent advance and 4 weeks deposit is required.

Rent payable weekly in advance every Monday by 12pm.

Proof of income and UK valid immigration status is required.

You must demonstrate your ability to afford the rent.

Proof of previous address is required.

In addition to your room. you will only share access to ground floor kitchen to access microwave, fridge freezer, sink and ground floor bathroom.

You will have designated kitchen cabinet to keep your own kitchen items.

You will share fridge and freezer.

Share access to laundry - once a week only - buy your own washing detergent and drying rack.

No bikes.

No music on speaker.

No pets.
