Double Room in E6

I am letting out my extra bedroom in a 3 bedroom, newly refurbished, Victorian house. Myself and another person already live here in the 2 upstairs bedrooms.
I have a cat named Piggy, she is a lovely and very relaxed, and she is the star of the house really, so you need to like cats and not be allergic to them as she roams freely around the house.

The room is downstairs next to the living room (entrance from the living room) and is quite large in size for London standards. We are two very chill people. We like to cook and have a chat and a drink and we like to keep the house tidy as much as possible.

The best person to join is would be someone easy going and relaxed, who loves cats and plants (Piggy is very important to me and the big plant would need to stay in the room).

We would like someone easy to get along with, that we can have a conversation and interesting chats with, but we also respect others privacy, rest time, and working schedules.
