The room is becoming available as my current flatmate is moving back to their home country.

There are several green spaces nearby, and Victoria Park is just a short journey away, making it ideal for the summer months. Westfield Stratford City is also easily accessible by bus.

Transport links into Central London are convenient, making it suitable for both working professionals and students.
