The house is bright and airy, has super-fast fibre broadband, a safe and quiet street, a private garden, and a separate kitchen from the living room! There is an upstairs shower bath/WC and a downstairs Shower /WC.

The accommodation is clean, well maintained, bright, warm and secure, located on a quiet street, which is a 10/12 mins walk (MAX) from Upton Park Tube Station (Hammersmith & City and District lines). Liverpool Tube Station - 21mins, Oxford Circus - 25mins. Some flatmates take a 10-minute bus ride (the bus stop is two minutes from the house) to Canning Town and catch the Zone 2 Jubilee line.
Your room is a large, bright, spacious and well-proportioned double room with a new solid timber-fame bed, new wardrobe and bedside. A large window overlooks the front, and the room is on the ground floor. There is also a downstairs guest WC and shower room, which, I suspect, would be all to yourself as those living on the first floor tend to use the bathroom on their level. The bills are subject to a fair usage policy, and heating is for 8 hours a day, which the house share sometimes agrees with. Additional hours due to working from home or other reasons may increase rent to cover the expense.
This is one of my best house shares, and you would be living with three other like-minded female professionals (not couples) who are very friendly, outgoing and career-focused. (currently, there is Alex, a English hospitality executive; Magdalena, a Polish Childcare professional & Vamishika a business consultant). All are house-proud, young, and friendly, doing many house-share activities together. There is a cleaning rota, and this is always followed to ensure harmony. I also lived here with my wife, so I can honestly say this is a safe, comfortable, convenient and quiet area with easy access to the City Centre - I used to cycle daily to the West End via the A10 cycle superhighway!
INCLUDED IN THE RENT: All bills (gas and electricity limits apply), council tax, free super-fast fibre optic BT broadband Internet, and Freeview TV are also provided. On-street parking via permit (at your cost) is also available.
The house is privately managed and has no extra/hidden fees. Every issue with the property will be dealt with promptly. Your lease will be drafted professionally, and your deposit will be lodged and protected by a safe deposit scheme.
