Hello potential housemate! We have a great room in a friendly house available from October 26th with potential to move in earlier.

The house is located on a quiet road with no traffic from the main road within a friendly and well looked after neighbourhood.

With excellent access to public transport, closest bus stop 2min away that will take you to Trafalgar Square in 20m. The Nine Elms station 5min walk, Stockwell 10min, and Vauxhall 15 min provide access to Norther and Victoria lines make anywhere in Central London a 30min ride away.

House benefits from a well equipped living room, spacious kitchen and a roof terrace. The bedroom is bright, comes furnished with double bed, desk, chest of drawers.

The kitchen is equipped to a good standard, comes with all the essential appliances plus a dishwasher.

The living room is a perfect place to relax after a long day at work or during the weekend. With comfy sofas, TV paired with Sky box and a collection of board games entertainment in the evenings couldn’t be easier.
If you prefer outdoors, the terrace is perfect for enjoying sun with a drink. There’s even a BBQ’s that we fire up in summer.
You will be sharing with respectful but also fun professionals. Up for a take away, film night or a drink. We aim to achieve a friendly atmosphere, where you can relax and feel like home.

Due to high demand, we will only be messaging back anyone who can visit the room in person, minimum age of 27 and has a full time job.

Bills are approximately £145 a month, though gas prices could vary and the deposit is £754.
