Double Bedroom in Renovated Apartment in Vauxhall

Hi Guys,

I am a 30 years old Italian architect working in the centre and I am looking for someone friendly and respectful to share a house in Vauxhall.

The flat is in a nice residential area very close to the tube station (about 5 min walking). Near the house there are several restaurants and a huge Sainsbury, in case you are demanding about food.

The apartment that has been recently renovated and it is really cool. It is a 2 bedrooms flat (approx. 60 sqm) with a luminous living room and modern bathroom.

I have available a generous and bright double bed room, clean and fully furnished, available from the 1st of January 2019.

Is worth to mention that I am good cook, so I am usually happy to share meals, in case you are brave enough to give it a try. Just kidding…sorry that was bad.

Rent is 825/month (bills included).
