Brand new apartment in Vauxhall (Students ONLY!)

We are a student couple who is looking to share a flat with an individual or couple (you can split the rent together). You will have your own room and there are two bathrooms in the apartment. The facility is brand new student only apartment with all inclusive bills. There is a gym, pool, and Study room. The location is perfect and central between Lambeth and Vauxhall. We have a pretty calm lifestyle, it’s important for us to keep the house clean/ tidy and we may not be suitable if you are looking for flat parties and going out!
