we are moving out of our place so we are looking for someone to move into a beautiful two bedroom flat in Vauxhall. The flat is comprised of two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a fairly large living room and even a small studio (which comes handy if you want to have somewhere to work, some extra storage space, or some overnight guests)
It’s all pretty new as we were the first tenants to enter the flat since it was entirely refurbished in 2017. We have been happily living here since 2017 and we would have loved to stay in the flat, however we’re now relocating to north London for work reasons.
Location is incredibly convenient, as Vauxhall (Victoria line), Oval (Northern), and Stockwell (Victoria and Northern) stations are at a short walking distance. There’s plenty of buses options too. It's very central, as it will take you 25 minutes to walk to the Westminster and the South Bank; Commuting to Victoria takes 35 minutes walking or 12 minutes by bike.
We are looking for someone to move in from July 4th, either taking in the whole flat or just one of the rooms (which is also advertised separately as ref#12949813 and already available from the 2nd), we’re quite flexible.
The flat is rented through an agency, which would require some checks before approving the new person. The two-year contract we started at the beginning of the tenancy is lasting until December 2019, and it will be possible to renew it then if you are looking for something longer term.
