You will be moving into a flat with 2 quiet females tenants. They keep the flat clean, tidy and are really easy to get on with.

Viewing can be arranged during the *weekend*, please just let me know in advance.

Located near 4 different Tube Stations e.. g. Vauxhall, Stockwell, Nine Elms and Oval, all 5-7 minute walking distance. Supermarket, shops, low budget gyms and restaurants all located 5-10 min walk.

The flat comes with communal living space, one bathroom and one toilet. There is a kitchen with washing machine (dryer included) and a gas cooker. The flat does come with TV, crockery, cutlery, ironing board, iron and other day to day items, so you won't have to purchase these.

Following bills are included within the rental price : broadband, tv license, service charge, council tax, water. You will need to contribute to the gas and electric. The flat has a boiler system which is easy to use.

3 months minimum stay and you will have to give 1 month notice before you move out. Rolling contract after initial first 3 months (trail period) if everything goes well I will extend it to however long you want.

Before accepting anyone, I will be asking for proof of employment and current salary just to confirm you can pay the rent. So please have this in advance so we can quicken the process.
