The rent paid will depend on the agreed length of the contract.

Room 2 = £1000 for a 3 month stay
Room 2 = £925 for a 6 month stay
Room 2x £875 for a 10 month stay

Room 1 = £1100 for a 3 month stay
Room 1 = £1050 for a 6 month stay
Room 1 = £990 for a 10 month stay

I have two bedrooms which have become available in a three double bedroom house share in Vauxhall. The house is very close to Vauxhall tube station, which is 2 to 3 minutes walk away. Walking distance to London Eye and central London.

The rooms on offer are the upstairs Master bedroom with small sofa, TV, wardrobe, desk and bed.

The other room is the smallest, but still a good size and which includes a TV, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bed.

Rent includes free broadband, council tax, water, tv licence. and gas. I only ask that you share the electricity bill between 3. (if you guys leave lights on, it is not fair that I pay for that).

Excellent zone 1 central location and close to the river.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a lovely patio garden which is perfect in the summer for sharing a glass of wine with your flatmates.

The bathroom is a full bathroom - so you have a separate shower and also a separate bath.

Please note there is no lounge . However, the kitchen is a good size with room to eat in and chat with flat mates.

There is one existing flat-mate Luke, who is in his 20s and is a professional working in Mayfair. He has been a tenant of mine for over a year. You are of course welcome to meet him.
