I have two bedrooms available in a three double bedroom house share in Vauxhall. The house is very close to Vauxhall tube station, which is 2 to 3 minutes walk away. Walking distance to London Eye and central London.

The rooms on offer are the upstairs Master bedroom with small sofa, TV, wardrobe, desk and bed. The other room is the smallest, but still a good size and which includes a TV, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bed.

Rent includes free broadband, council tax, water, tv licence. and gas. I only ask that you share the electricity bill between 3. (if you guys leave lights on, it is not fair that I pay for that).

You will be lodgers at the property but you will barely see me.

Excellent zone 1 central location and close to the river.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a lovely patio garden which is perfect in the summer for sharing a glass of wine with your flatmates.

The bathroom is a full bathroom - so you have a separate shower and also a separate bath.

Please note there is no lounge . However, the kitchen is a good size with room to eat in and chat with your flat mate.
