This room is best suited for a professional working outside all day and looking for a quiet and cozy place with its own bathroom to rest at night.

We are a couple living in a beautiful two bedroom ground floor flat. We are offering the second room for renting and we are looking for singles happy to share the flat with us!

We are professionals in our late 30s living a quiet and laid back life. The flat is LGBTIQ+ friendly.

Your carpeted room is aprox 10m2 (3.40x2.80mt) / 100 ft2 (11x9 ft), has a double bed (Hybrid Mattress, 25cm deep, 5 layers and hypoallergenic). It has basic furniture like bed, bedside table, bookshelf and wardrobe, regulable heating radiator and a 24" TV with air TV, Netflix & Amazon included!

The full private bathroom is located downstairs (basement level) and has a shower and bathtub with heating radiator. Next to it is the laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Our bedroom is located at the back of the flat so the kitchen is in-between both rooms.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The living area would not be shared, as that's our private space.

WEEK-ONLY OPTION: We can offer the room Mon-Fri only at £ 750.- (incl bills)

The flat is 10-12' walking distance from Vauxhall, Oval, Stockwell and the recently opened Nine Elms stations, and it's right in the heart of Vauxhall and the Portuguese quartier. Also stops for buses 2, N2 and 88 are 3' down the road.

The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. There's a Co-Op and a huge Sainsbury 10' away.
