The complex itself is slap bang on the River Thames (although with a street-facing view, natch), and situated on Vauxhall Bridge directly above a major bus, overground and tube intersection.
The inner city is a 20 minute walk away, with Big Ben et al a mere moment's walk.
It's a 2 bedroom flat on the fifth floor (meaning awesome views of the city skyline), and within the St George Wharf complex (which houses a gym, pub, bar, Tesco Express, dry cleaners, pharmacy, NHS drop-in centre, pret a manger etc..
In short, it's unlikely you'll need much else.
Total rent (which includes council tax, service charge, Broadband (the fastest in the country), phone bill, water rates and electricity) is £1050 a month.
I'm a very chilled, gay young professional who isn't especially dictatorial about the flat. All I ask is you do your washing up and clean the flat every now and then. I went travelling for a couple of years so like to think I'm comfortable living with every shape and size, so open to all.
My social life is fairly busy so I'm out quite a bit, meaning that I usually like my time in the flat to be 'downtime'.
Otherwise there's little else to know!
