Cosy 2 bedroom flat share Vauxhall

The second bedroom in my furnished 2 bedroom flat is available from 5th November. The room has plenty of built in wardrobe space and excellent light from a big bay of south facing windows. In the rest of the flat there's a shared living room, separate shared kitchen, and separate toilet and bathroom.

I've been living here for over a year now and think of it as my home, so am looking for someone else who will treat it as such. I've also invested a lot into making it this way, with a well stocked kitchen and addition of extra furnishings and home essentials of my own. Along with this, a brand new fridge has been put in and a number of minor repairs have been made to bring the flat back up to top shape after a year of wear and tear.

The landlord is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met, so a good person to be renting from. Located on the top (4th) floor in a private access building and with affordable car parking available away from the road.

I've always shared this flat with women in the past and found them to be clean, tidy, chilled out and generally helpful. So now it is my preference to live with a female flatmate. I am however not in a situation to be picky and do not mind potential male flatmates either.
