We are looking for one housemate (single room) for this this gorgeous 4 bedrooms garden house.

It’s completely newly refurbished, new furnitures, we are doing final touch now and better photos to come :)

The house gets front and back garden, kitchen with direct access to large garden,
Sitting room with extendable dining table,
2 bathrooms ( ground floor and second floor)

There will be two lovely Italian, one English housemates, all professionals , at their 20/30s.

As it’s brand new home, no pet allowed no matter how lovely they are, sorry 🙏🙏

The rooms will be available from 1/Nov, flexible moving date

Rent includes- council tax, water, WiFi and public cleaning service twice a month. Electricity and Gas bills will be shared between housemates.
