THE ROOM:
Large double with plenty of space for chilling out and also working from home. It comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and a big desk for home working. Additionally, the room is located on the top floor!

THE HOUSE:
Internally, the house comes with a large kitchen, open lounge and dining room. Along with 3 bathrooms so there is never an issue of waiting in the mornings! One of the bathrooms is absolutely huge with a gorgeous freestanding bathtub. There is a basement level too which can be used for storage.

We also have a lovely garden area outside, which is perfect for BBQ's and those late summer drinks with friends. We also use the garden and the rest of the house for hosting brunches and housemate birthday parties.

The house was renovated only a couple of years ago so it's still nice and new. The landlord is very responsive and cares about the property too.

-5 minute walk from Nine Elms Station (Northern line), Huge Sainsbury's, Argos and Starbucks. Some local independents around too.

YOUR NEW HOUSEMATES:
Sean (me) works in town planning, always up for a glass of wine, a deliveroo with trash tv and exploring London. Love exploring London’s many pubs/bars/restaurants with friends and housemates.

Lilli works as a behavioural scientist for a government research consultancy. You can usually find her at a pub watching rugby or football (and occasionally playing them both), enjoys a nice meal out or at home watching Below Deck with other the housemates.

Danielle is a science teacher who has lived here for a few years. She's often at the theatre, doing a pub quiz, watching tennis or jamming to some Taylor Swift in the kitchen.

Mikaela works in finance, having made the move over to London from Australia two years ago. She spends her weekends utilising the best travel deals, out hiking, or hanging out with friends at the pub. She's always down for a chat and wine after work.

We're a friendly mixed bunch and always down for a chat and dinner together but we also respect each others personal space. Our preference would be for a male to take the room to keep the balance in the house.
