Description
The room is a lovely private double with an en suite wet room that is currently being refurbished. It comes furnished with a double bed (including Eve mattress), side tables, a wardrobe and chest of draws.
The house has a large living area with a separate kitchen and dining space. There is also a lovely, well maintained south facing garden.
The flat is a 6 min walk from Oval station or a 10 min walk from the new Nine Elms station (Northern Line) and 10 min walk from Vauxhall (Victoria and Overground) and you can walk to the Southbank in 25 mins which is mostly along the river.
Kirsty and I currently live here and are looking for a replacement for our lovely housemate, who has bought her own place. We are social people but also like our downtown, we love our sport (mostly rugby) and play a lot of tag rugby to keep us busy!
We are also have a cat so the room won’t be suitable for someone with an allergy to cats.
