En suite room in house with garden in Zone 1!

We are Emma and Rachel and are looking for a friendly new flatmate as our current flatmate has bought a place. We're in our early 30s and both work 9 to 5 (roughly) office jobs.

The room available is in a 3 bedroom house and fills the top floor - it has an ensuite with bath, loads of built in storage, a desk and eaves storage as well. It also comes with a king-size bed included. The current tenant is happy to come to an agreement to sell some drawers and other furniture to you too, as the house initially came unfurnished.

The house itself is pretty unique for its location- it's on a quiet side street 7 mins walk from Vauxhall Station and has a dine in kitchen, large living room with dining area, back garden and driveway with parking space. We absolutely love living here.

The location is incredible- you are so central and can literally walk to the Houses of Parliament in 15 mins and Oxford Circus in about 45. Vaxhall Station is about 7 mins walk, and Oval is about 12, so you're close to the Victoria and Northern Lines, and national rail.

The contract runs until end of Jan but we are very much looking to renew again.

About us: we met as friends of friends and are looking for someone approachable and chilled to move in. We're both pretty tidy, but not obsessive and in our spare time like exploring London, going for a local pint together and going to the gym. We like having friends over from time to time but are pretty quiet and definitely aren't a party house!

Bills aren't included but we currently pay ~ 75 each for council tax ~ approx 15 each for water ~ 13 for broadband and currently 54 for gas and electric.
