The Flat: First floor, modern open plan kitchen/living room with fibre broadband
*Please do however note*, this is not a new building/tower or modern apartment block, but in a quiet, safe lovely local community area.

Transport:- Nine Elms Northern Line underground station is 5 minute walk from the flat. Nine Elms station takes...6 minutes to Waterloo, 10 minutes to Leicester Square, 14 minutes Tottenham Court road station (where the fast Elizabeth train goes to London Heathrow Airport).
Vauxhall Underground and train station is ten minutes walk away for Victoria underground, or trains to London Gatwick airport. Stockwell Station 10 minutes away.

Central London is 30 minute and walk-able from here, so keep fit, or save your self money!

-Shopping: A very large Sainsbury's Hypermarket, Argos, Starbucks, 0086 Asia supermarket all 5 minutes away.

You'll be living with myself, mid 30's male professional working in media, research in central London. I’m very tidy (so please no one casually tidy as it won't suit you), but still an easy going person, regularly socialise, eat out in London, odd weekend away, and travel a few times a year for holiday.
It's essential you are the same, This will not suit a person that stays in predominately.

You must be......
-26+ in age
- A professional or mature student that works in a professional 9-5 job, office environment only (civil service etc , central London ). Does not work from home more than 1 day a week.
- A very clean and tidy person
