The rent is 750 month (bills included) you'll be sharing the house with another 4 people (young professionals: Australian, Italian, Swiss; Irish ).

The house has 2 bathrooms, garden with bbq and massive living area. It feels clean, bright and cozy.
Looking for a flatmate (sorry room’s not available for couples) who is TIDY, sociable, around 20/30 years old, speaks well English but mostly someone who is TIDY and easy to get on with.

Please note:
- the room has foldable desk
- the room has decent storage area but it's a not good fit for someone who has lots of belongings
- there is no cleaning service included so everyone needs to keep the place clean
- the house is very international
