The rent is 800 month (bills included) for the room with double bed and £750 (for the room with single bed) and you'll be sharing the house with another 3 people (young professionals: Australian, Italian, Swiss ).

The house has 2 bathrooms, garden with bbq and massive living area. It feels clean, bright and cozy.
Looking for a flatmate (sorry room’s not available for couples) who is TIDY, sociable, around 20/30 years old, speaks well English but mostly someone who is TIDY and easy to get on with.

Please note:
- both rooms have a desks
- both rooms have a decent storage area but it's a not good fit for someone who has lots of belongings
- there is no cleaning service included so everyone needs to keep the place clean
- the house is very international
