Short term sublet Double Room in Vauxhall - Zone 1

Hi!

I am going travelling for nearly a month and sub-letting a spacious double room in Vauxhall from 12/12/2024 until 08/01/2024. This would be suitable for someone looking for spending their holidays in London or someone in between homes.

I live with two flatmates who are professionals and very kind. In general, we're a clean, friendly and cosy home and deeply respect our shared spaces and quiet hours. I'm looking for someone calm, clean and friendly.

Rent for the month includes all bills, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax and gas.

Some of my stuff with be left in the room but I will make space for the person's clothes and other belongings.

THE FLAT:
* Ground floor flat with wooden flooring & fully equipped kitchen
* South facing room with double size bed, built in closet, regular closet & a desk (in case you need to work)
* Shared bathroom - both flatmates are very clean.

THE AREA:
* 5 min walk to Vauxhall Train/Subway station
* 12 min walk to Kennington Subway station
* 20 min walk to Big Ben
* Tesco superstore at 5min walk, Sainsbury's 7min walk
* 2 min walk to Vauxhall park with a large number of pubs nearby
