Rent a lovely bedroom in a family house

The house is for my son and me, but he studies and lives at Bangor University (Wales). He will be coming home over the holidays; Christmas, Easter, and summer. But don’t worry as the room will still be yours.

The house is a mansionette with 2 floors. It has 2 double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Also, we have an amazing garden and terrace/balcony.
In the house are my 3 cats and me. My cats are very friendly.

I am looking for someone who loves cats, is clean, is tidy and respectful, and doesn't work from the house.

The rent is £300 per week, but if your payment is monthly, the price is £1150.

We are 5-10 minutes walk from the Underground stations Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Oval, and Stockwell.
3 minutes walk from the bus stop at lines 2 and 88.
5 minutes walk from the bus stop at lines 155 and 333.
10 minutes walk from the bus stop at lines 59, 159, 133, 3, 415.

Between 5-10 minutes walk from Lidl, Tesco express, Waitrose or Sainsbury's, and Chinese shopping food.
15-20 minutes walk from the New Covent Garden Flower Market that On Sunday is a street market.
