2 month double room sublet in Zone 1

*Sublet in Zone 1 from 20th December- 15th February*

I am subletting my furnished double room while I am abroad December to February.
It’s a ground floor flat with it’s own entrance. The room is spacious and I will empty out all my belongings from the room before I leave so you will have the wardrobe and chest of drawers completely empty for you to put your stuff in. There is also a beautiful large private garden that only you will have access to as the only entrance is through your room. So you get a room and your own private garden :)

You’ll be sharing the house with only one person who is not home most of the day as he works from the office until late.
It’s a 6 minute walk to Vauxhall station (underground and overground), 23 mins walk to Big Ben. So it has a great central location.
Has very fast fiber broadband.
There is no living room.
(The landlord is fully aware and ok with me subletting). I can be flexible with dates but looking for someone to stay minimum 5 weeks.
