A room is available in a 2 bedroom shared flat in Vauxhall from 1st June 2026.

The flat is a perfect size for two people and is situated in the very central location of Vauxhall. 5 minutes away from Vauxhall tube and bus station, 10 minute walk from Oval station and Nine Elms station. There is a big Sainsburys 5 minutes away.

There is a gym and a pool less than 5 minutes from the flat, and several climbing gyms in Vauxhall are also close by.

We are a 30 minute walk from Clapham Common, Battersea Park and Westminster. There are many lockers in the vicinity to house a bike.

About me, I am a communications professional who commutes 4-5 days a week in central London. I’m quite laid back and spend my time climbing, running, reading, watching films and hanging with pals.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean and not too rowdy. I’m chilled and not a big drinker and looking for someone to fit that vibe.

The flat would suit someone who is a professional who is keen to find a room in a central location where they can benefit from having a short commute.

The rental agency offers 12 month contracts - I’ll accept someone who is looking for a room for 6 months minimum.

There is a deposit - however I’m awaiting the new contract from the agency - the rent is an estimation of what will be paid but may change.
