Me and a friend have put a holding deposit on a gorgeous flat at the st George wharf development. It’s right by the tube, the balcony overlooks the river, and it’s big and open planned. We’re looking to fill the ensuit double room which has its own balcony entrance, lots of storage, and an early May move date- room for £1500

It’s a new build development with concierge, gym outside the doorstep, and bars and restaurants around the complex on the river. Lovely location, and can see Battersea in the distance!

We’re both 25, work in london (I work at Ferrero so a flat full of chocolate), and want someone nice and sociable that will make it feel like home!
