Double room in Vauxhall (6 month lease)

I’m going travelling soon so am looking for someone to take over my lease! The lease runs to the 9th December 2024 and you can renew the lease after this, should you wish, subject to approval from the landlord. The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe and plenty of storage. You would be sharing the flat with one other girl aged 26 who is a working professional in London. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. The flat is located on the first floor and is a 5 minute walk from both Vauxhall and Nine Elms tube stations which is really handy. There is a large Sainsbury’s supermarket which is a 5 minute walk away too!
