Rent: 4 Weeks : £950
Rent 6 Weeks: £950 + £450=£1400
ALL BILLS INCLUDED
All bills included (utilities, broadband, council tax, etc.)
Bedding, towels, and kitchen essentials can be provided if needed.

The Room Includes:
• Double bed
• Built-in wardrobe (cleared for your use)
• Desk and ergonomic office chair
The Flat:
• Modern, open-plan kitchen and living room
• Fibre broadband
• First-floor location in a quiet, safe, community

Right on the edge of Zone 1 near the USA Embassy, with easy access to central London. Walking distance: Big Ben / London Eye 30 minutes, Battersea Power Station shopping mall – 15 mins. Large Sainsbury’s Hypermarket, Argos, Starbucks, and 0086 Asian supermarket – all within 5 mins
Nearest stations:
•Nine Elms Station (Northern Line) – 5 min walk . From here get anywhere into Central London in 10 minutes, or Trains to Heathrow Airport
