Double bed in central London, all bills included

An exceptionally located double bed flat in Vauxhall London (SE11). Rent is £890 per month including all bills (except TV licence) with a 5 week deposit.

The flat is small, and has no living room, but is incredibly good value due to it being so well priced and located.

I'm leaving the flat to move in with some university friends in September 2024. The contract would be for 12 months, starting on 11th of September with a 12 month break clause. There is a £50 contract fee, which you would pay me upon agreeing to the contract (due to the early termination).

Note from the letting agency: "We can only accept full time professionals or full time students with a guarantor. They will be referenced as normal, this can take up to a week or two depending on their circumstances."
