I am a current housemate moving to a new home on the 22nd June. Looking for a friendly replacement to take over my room which comes with a double bed, desk, desk chair and high end wardrobe.
The room will be £1,000 per month with all bills included which is a very competitive price to be a 2-min walk away from Vauxhall Station (access to Victoria line and rail services) as well as Oval (Northern line) which is a 7min walk away.
I am happy to conduct a WhatsApp viewing or in person but it would be preferable for you to view the place in person. If you are happy to take over the tenancy, I will put you in touch with the landlords agent who will proceed with getting you on the tenancy.
