I am looking for someone who will enjoy the flat and also share similar interests of good food, socialising, sports and the outdoors

- Located in Zone 1, our flat is less than a 10 minute walk from 3 stations. Oval, Nine Elms (both Northern line) and Vauxhall (Victoria line, Bus station and National Rail).
- On top of this it is less than a 10 minute walk from a large Sainsburys grocery store, multiple Gyms, Vauxhall and Kennington Park and the Thames River.
About the Flat:
- The flat is very well lit (coming from someone who studied architecture) and receives great daylight in the morning and evening for all rooms.
- Balcony / outdoor area which attaches to the living room and overlooks Nine Elms high rises.
- Separate Kitchen with plenty of shelf space which features a dishwasher, washing machine, conduction hob and oven.
- EPC energy rating of 'C'. I have lived here for a year and the energy bills during the peak of Winter did not go over £80 per person per month. In the Summer they are even less.
- Lambeth Council tax band 'C'.
- 2 Bed flat with 1 shared modern bathroom.
