Two double rooms for rent in cozy Vauxhall flat

Hello!

Myself (Hermione) and my flatmate Olivia are moving out on Saturday 15th June and we’re looking for someone to take over our rooms as soon as possible.

This lovely, ground floor apartment is in a really nice area and overlooks the park. It is less than a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall station and a 10 minute walk from Oval. There are 3 bedrooms in total, our flatmate Seb is in one of them. There is no living room, I think one of the rooms was converted to a bedroom, but all the rooms are spacious and there is a kitchen with a table which works well as a nice communal space.



Bills and council tax are not included but gas/electricity, water and WIFI usually don't come round to more than a total of £50 maximum each month.



Sebastian, who is staying on at the flat, is an actor and graduated uni last year. He’s into running and climbing (there's a climbing gym just over the road) and anything outdoorsy. He loves to grab a coffee at our lovely, local and independent cafe or get a pint at the pub and sit in the pub garden on a sunny evening. He’s into music, films and theatre of all kinds.


He’s looking for a person who is sociable and friendly, but also respectful of personal space. He likes to keep a clean and tidy household.
