Double Room in Vauxhall/Stockwell

Our flatmate, and friend, Mark is moving out in August, so we are looking for a new housemate to fill his room.

About the flat - we have 3 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. Aimee and Tash share the upstairs bathroom, so the new housemate will have an ensuite beside their room. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, and the built in wardrobes. The flat is closely situated between Stockwell tube (6 min walk), Vauxhall station (8 min walk), and Nine Elms station (6 min walk), so lots of travel/commuting options.

Flat dynamics - we’re both working professionals (teacher and policy professional) with Monday to Friday 9 to 5 type jobs. We like to respect each others personal space, but also spend time together in the communal living areas (watching films, TV series, catching up). Tash has lived here for 4 years and Aimee has lived here for a year.

Rent is £925pcm. We pay council tax (£51.60), water (£12.80), internet (£10.15) and gas/electric is monthly meter.

Move in date will be 28th of August.

Who we are looking for: preferably someone professional in their late 20s/early 30s. Someone social but also happy in their own company. The new flatmate must be clean and someone who tidies up after themselves (generally just mindful of the communal spaces)
