I'm looking to transfer my en-suite room at Atlas Building. Here are the details:
Location: SW8 1DN, Atlas Building
Room Type: Eight-person en-suite on the 7th floor, south-facing window with a scenic view, no train noise audible
Rental Period: 7th July 2024 to 7th September 2024 (9 weeks)
Price: Official contract price at £330 per week, now reduced to £250 pw!
All housemates are friendly, and the atmosphere is harmonious. Social interaction is not compulsory, and there have never been incidents of theft. The room spans 15 square meters, features a private bathroom, and ample storage space.
Utilities: All bills included, free WIFI, and a laundry room on the ground floor
Amenities: 24-hour reception with complimentary printing services, and a vacuum cleaner is available for loan (ensuite kitchen included)
This en-suite room type is arguably the best in terms of spatial layout and utilization.
Location Advantages: A 3-minute walk to Vauxhall Station, serviced by the Victoria Line, trains, and multiple bus routes, offering excellent transport connections. It takes only 5 minutes by train to reach KCL Waterloo Campus, and 20 minutes by underground to KCL Strand Campus. The city center and various attractions are within 30 minutes via bus or underground, and Gatwick Airport can be reached in just 30 minutes. Within a 5-minute walk, there are Chinese supermarkets, Waitrose, and a medium-sized Sainsbury's. Close to the tube station, there is a food street with options including bubble tea, kebabs, small bars, and stir-fry restaurants. Eight minutes on foot to Nine Elms Station, near the largest Sainsbury's on the South Bank.
