Looking For Female To Sublet 1 Spacious Double Bed

1 spacious double room available any time between early july - mid september. suitable for student or young professional as we are all kcl students. looking to sublet for £900pm (£840 + £60 fixed bills for electricity, gas, water, fast wifi), but the rent price is completely negotiable so feel free to message me any lower offers as i just need the room gone ASAP !! i am also open to anybody looking to rent short term, or all of the time until september!

the flat is in zone 1, and only a 5 min walk to vauxhall train/tube/bus stations making it extremely easy to get into central london! surrounding amenities including tesco, sainsbury’s & waitrose all within a 10min walk, local pubs and clubs, and vauxhall pleasure gardens

the room is fully furnished consisting of:
- large, comfy double bed
- 1 bed size cabinet
- 1 chest of drawers
- 2 spacious wardrobes
- 1 desk & chair
- 2 mirrors (1 on the chest of drawers, other attached to the door)
- lots of floor space
- big, double glazed window

as for the rest of the flat, the kitchen has reasonable space and all necessary amenities including kettle, microwave, washing machine, vacuum etc, and the bathroom and toilet are all in great condition

the flat is by 3 other student but they will rarely be in london over the summer. its on the ground floor so very easy to enter/exit especially when moving your things in. the neighbourhood is quite safe as the outside lights are always on, and we have not had any trouble with the area or our neighbours. as we are a flat of all girls, i am looking for another girl to take over my room.
