En-suite room in elegant garden house - Bills inc.

An en-suite room in an elegant and recently renovated Georgian house. The property is conveniently located near Oval station on the Northern line (300 m) and Vauxhall station on the Victoria line (800 m). The house is comprised of 6 en-suite bedrooms with two spacious and modern kitchens, a shared living room and a back garden. Even if there are 6 tenants in the property the house is always quiet and peaceful. The kitchens are equipped with modern appliances (large fridge, oven and dish washer) and plenty of storage. There are two washing machines and one large tumble-dryer. All the flatmates are young professionals, very respectful and friendly. I loved every moment of my stay in this house and decided to move out just to live with my partner. All bills are included and the agency provides a fortnightly cleaning of the common areas. The agency that takes care of the house is very helpful and responsive and has always provided prompt intervention for general maintenance and other issues. The house includes also an enclosed bike storage space and storage cellar inside the property. The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, large desk, spacious wardrobe obscuring blinds and it also has a radiator and floor heating.

The move in date is pretty flexible and the new tenant would take on my contract.
