We are looking for someone to take over a room in our flat (available immediately - as soon as you can meet the current housemates, landlord and pass referencing (~1 week)) as our 4th housemate is planning to leave. The flat is in Vauxhall, Zone 1. It is a 8 minute walk to the tube (Victoria Line) and the overground. A 10 minute walk from a big Tesco and a 1 minute walk from the closest pub (The Black Dog). We have Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens directly opposite the flat, which has been lovely in the sunshine!
🪩About us:
We would love to have someone who also wants to be friends as well as a housemate! We love to have fun nights out together at the pub but also really enjoy a night in chilling all together! We enjoy going to the gym, reading and cooking! We all WFH 2/3 days a week. Beth works in events, Kerris is an Ecologist and Nadia works in fashion! Having just moved in January ourselves we are enjoying exploring all London has to offer together and would love to add another person to this! We are all 23 so would love someone who’s in her 20’s.
🏡About the flat:
We have a living room and kitchen, with separate toilet and shower room. We keep the flat clean and tidy, and are working together to make it a home! The room is the biggest in the flat - with big bay windows! It has a double bed, 2 chest of drawers, a desk and a wardrobe.
💵Bills info:
All the bills (water, gas, electric, WiFi and council tax) currently come to under £100 a month and the room is £837.50. There is an option to get a car parking permit from the council if needed. Council tax band C.
🫡Tenancy info:
The tenancy is until 4th January 2025 which the option to extend. Unfortunately we can’t take any students and the contract states a salary of over £25,000 and out of your probationary period!
