A large en-suite double room in a fantastically well-located flat. Perks:

- 0-5 min walk from big Sainsbury's, Argos, Tesco Express, Waitrose, and Sainsbury's Local
- 9min bus ride to our go-to Lidl (Kennington)
- the Thames right across the street, baby 😎
- Contract swap fee for new tenant and deep cleaning for the double room on us ✨
- the advertised price is not inclusive of bills (which should amount in total to an extra 100£)

ABOUT US -------------------------------
Ivan is a young professional in tech and education and part-time student in classics. Mira is a full-time student completing my master studies in computational linguistics (but her heart still beats for literature and culture studies🤓).
We share maaaaaaany interests including music, travelling (🏕️), and generally making the best of london life going to theatre plays, exhibitions, cinema and clubbing events whenever we can. If there is techno music and glitter we’ll be there. 🧚
We bring about tidiness, pretty tasty italian food (and wine) and a passion for perfumes, essences and oils. We are cool on our own but also very easy when it comes to vibing with people: we love actively sharing communal spaces, playing board games, chilling on the sofa watching a movie, hanging out... you know the drill 🙂‍↕️
We are LGBTQIA+ allies and we are generally active in supporting civil and social causes.
