I unfortunately need to leave my current flat and my room is becoming available as of 29th of Sept. My flatmate is a lovely 31 year old IT Manager who loves to travel and is very easy going. We have been flatmates for 5 years and I am keen to find the right fit for him. The house is extremely modern (you don't even need to turn on heating during winter).

My room comes with its own bathroom and access to a gym.

Vauxhall Station is a 6 minute walk and Nine Elms (Northern line) is 2 minutes away by foot. There is a massive Sainsbury's just across the street.

My current contract ends 31st of April 25 with possibility to extend.
