🏡Location - the flat is in a great location, less than a 2 minute walk from Vauxhall tube station (Victoria line). Alternatively it’s about a 10 min walk to Oval or Kennington (Northern Line).
🛌The room - a large furnished double room. The desk, beside table and chest of drawers do NOT come with the room but all other furniture does (includ. Bed, wardrobe and shelves)
👫Flatmates - living with Holly (23) and Duncan (24). They are good friends and met on spare room 2 years ago.
💰Bills - roughly £100 p/m (includ. Water, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax)
📆Move in date - move in date is the 17th august. Looking so find someone to take the room this week as we need to confirm the details with the landlord asap!
